Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative
  1. Assist students, parents, summer conference and related guests with housing information.
  2. Maintain the daily upkeep of the front office.
  3. Process housing applications and contracts.
  4. Maintain student files.
  5. Collect payments and log all financial transactions.
  6. Perform other tasks assigned by the Office Manager and other professional housing staff.
  7. Answer a multi-line telephone.
  8. Send out mass mailings.
  9. Work in a team environment.

Remuneration

  1. This is a part-time position.  Office Assistants (OAs) will be paid $7.25 per hour.
