Eastern Shore consists of suite-style accommodations with up to four residents sharing a bathroom. Housing almost 200 students, clusters of residents share common living rooms, kitchens, and study spaces.

Eastern Shore is near the Rappahannock River Parking deck and Patriot Circle, not far from the Chesapeake area.

Resident Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within bedroom/suite and floor living room/kitchen.
• Uphold community standards, adhere to your Housing Agreement and the Guide to Pride: Resident Student Handbook.
• Pay for all long-distance phone calls.
• Provide own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, light bulbs, kitchen/cooking supplies, etc.
• Participation in a Mason residential meal plan.
