Presidents Park is reserved as a freshmen housing area.
Presidents Park houses over 1,100 first-year students in 12 residence halls. All rooms are furnished with beds, desks, chairs, dressers and closets. Carpets and window treatments are provided. Each floor community is composed of about 28-40 residents, who reside in double, triple, or quad rooms and shared common bathrooms. Presidents Park is a non-smoking and alcohol free housing area.
In the center of the complex is Eisenhower Hall, which supports the community with a study lounge, TV lounge with vending machines for snacks and DVDs, 24-hour service desk, and professional staff offices. Eisenhower Hall also includes IKE's (a diner), individual study rooms, and a tiered seminar room.

Resident Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within assigned room.
- Adhere to community standards, your housing agreement and the Guide to Pride: Resident Student Handbook.
- Pay for all long-distance phone calls.
- Participation in a Mason residential meal plan.
