Mason’s constantly evolving campus is comprised of over 40 residence halls that include traditional style halls, suite-style halls, and apartment-style halls.  The majority of freshmen live in traditional style halls, though some will have the opportunity to live in suites.  All upperclass students live in suite-style or apartment-style halls.

Our residences are grouped into three neighborhoods – Aquia, Rappahannock, and Shenandoah.  Each neighborhood is supported by dozens of staff who ensure that students have access to resources to support them in their academic and social development.  A variety of amenities are available within each neighborhood and each building.
