We are no longer accepting Early Arrival requests. If you have been granted early move-in, please note you will check-in at your neighborhood desk:
Shenandoah Neighborhood - Eisenhower Desk (For Liberty Square, Potomac Heights, Presidents Park)
Rappahannock Neighborhood - Piedmont/Tidewater Desk (For Eastern Shore, Hampton Roads, Piedmont, Tidewater, Blue Ridge, Sandbridge (formerly Shenandoah), Dominion, The Commons)
Aquia Neighborhood - Northern Neck Desk (For Student Apartments, Townhouses, Commonwealth, Northern Neck)

| August 25, 2011 | Thursday | Freshman move-in. All residents will be assigned move-in times and locations (click your building below to see location, map, and instructions). Check your email for your details. |
| August 27, 2011 | Saturday | Upperclass move-in. All residents will be assigned move-in times and locations (click your building below to see location, map, and instructions). Check your email for your details. |
Before You Arrive On-Campus:
- Complete your registration card prior to check-in. You will not be allowed to check-in until this is done. Registration cards are due August 12.
- Review the move-in schedule to see your assigned arrival date and time.
- Print your move-in map (available on your building's check-in page). Bring it with you on move-in day!
- Review the packing list.
- Freshmen mailing address information.

Freshmen must plan to move-in on August 25. We are not able to accommodate requests for early move-in from residents of freshmen buildings.
