Visitors may park in the Rappahannock Parking Deck until 10 PM on 8/29. Lots A, C, and K will not be ticketed until Monday, 8/31.

REGULAR HOURS DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME

Print the Chesapeake Upperclass Check-In Map.
STEP 2: ARRIVE ON CAMPUS
Enter campus from Braddock Rd onto Roannoke River Rd

Bear right onto Patriot Circle.
Turn left on Sandy Creek Way.
Turn left into the Sandy Creek Parking Deck, as directed by staff.

STEP 3: CHECK-IN AT DEWBERRY HALL
Follow the walking path to Dewberry Hall on the ground floor of the Johnson Center.
You may not check-in until your scheduled day & time.
Present your Mason ID to receive keys and an unloading pass for your vehicle.
Return to your car.
Fill out your unloading pass and place it on your driver’s side dashboard before leaving the parking deck.
STEP 4: UNLOADING
You may not check-in until your scheduled day & time.
Present your Mason ID to receive keys and an unloading pass for your vehicle.

Exit the parking deck from the 2nd or 3rd floor (the way you came in).
Turn left on Patriot Circle and follow it around to Lot G.
Turn left on Patriot Circle and follow it around to Lot G.
You will have up to 1 HOUR to unload from Lot G.
If Lot G is full, you may also unlad from the first floor of the Rappahannock Parking Deck.
Moving carts will be available at the outdoor tent near Northern Neck.
STEP 5: LONG TERM PARKING AFTER UNLOADING
After unloading, move your vehicle to a general lot (K, A, C, O, M, or P), which is not ticketed until 8/31, or a lot for which you have a valid permit. The Rappahannock Parking Deck is also available at no charge until 10 PM with a valid unloading pass on your dash board.
CLOSED CHECK-IN
Check-In will close from 4:00 PM - 6 PM on Saturday (8/29) for relocation to the Chesapeake Area Desk in Piedmont Hall.
Students will NOT be able to pick up room keys at this time.
AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN
Students will not be able to check-in until AFTER their scheduled time.
