2009 MOVE-IN INFORMATION: UNIVERSITY TOWNHOUSES

REGULAR HOURS CHECK-IN
DATES/TIMES: 9 AM - 4 PM on Saturday (8/29)
CHECK-IN PARKING & UNLOADING: University Townhouse parking lot
CHECK-IN LOCATION:
University Townhouse A-2
Present your Mason ID to check in.
POST UNLOADING PARKING: University Townhouse parking lot by mailboxes. Please leave spaces in front of townhouses for residents unloading.
  
 
REGULAR HOURS DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME
Fill out your key card online at https://housing.gmu.edu/eliving/. 
 
STEP 2: ARRIVE ON CAMPUS
From RT 123 (Chain Bridge Rd) turn onto West Dr.
Turn left into the 2nd parking lot on your left.
Park near your townhouse.
 
STEP 3: CHECK-IN
Check-In at TH A-2. Students must present a current photo ID to receive keys.
 
STEP 4: UNLOAD
Unload your vehicle from your parking space.
After unloading, move your vehicle to a space away from the townhouse doors to make room for others to unload.
 
 
CLOSED CHECK-IN
Check-in will be closed 4 PM - 6 PM on Saturday (8/29).
Students will not be able to pick up keys during these times.
 
 
AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN 
DATES/TIMES:
6 PM - 9 PM on Saturday (8/29)
9 AM - 9 PM on Sunday (8/30)
CHECK-IN PARKING:
30-minute spaces opposite Student Apartment 5 on George Mason BLVD.
CHECK-IN LOCATION:
TAP Area Desk in Student Apt Building 5
Present your Mason ID to check in.
UNLOADING:
University Townhouse parking lot
POST UNLOADING PARKING:
University Townhouse parking lot by mailboxes.

 
PARKING SUMMARY
The townhouse lot will not be ticketed until 8/31.
