How to Apply to Intern Housing, Summer 2010

All Interns:

1. Read all information on the Intern website.
   
2. The Application/Agreement should be available 3/1/2010. Note: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application shortly after you submit it.
   
3. Pay your deposit. Your non-refundable deposit of $203 (which goes toward your first 7 nights) must be paid after you submit your application in order to secure a space. Directions on how to pay by Visa, Mastercard, or check, will be emailed to you at the address you enter on your application once your application has been uploaded into our system (usually 2 business days). If your company is paying for your housing, they will take care of this step for you, but you will receive the confirmation emails (not them). You may wish to forward the confirmation emails to your company if they are the ones paying for your stay.

Companies Paying for their Interns’ Housing:

1. Read all information on the Intern website.
   
2. Ask each of your interns to complete the Application/Agreement information (available 3/1/2010). Note: They will receive an email confirming receipt of their application shortly after they submit it; you may wish to ask them to forward their confirmations to you.
   
3. Complete the Payment Form for Companies Sponsoring Interns. Note: There are 3 tabs, depending on how many interns you are sponsoring.
   
4. Payment

Payment Option 1 - Our company will be paying by Credit Card.
a) Fill out all parts of the Credit Card Authorization Form for Companies Sponsoring Interns.
b) Print, sign, and fax or mail with the Payment Form for Companies Sponsoring Interns.

Payment Option 2 – We will be paying by Check.
Mail your check with the Payment Form for Companies Sponsoring Interns. The mailing address is provided on the form.
