Move-in Schedule

The early arrival application for upper-level students interested in moving in early for the Fall semester will be available until August 1 in the Housing Application Portal. Students approved for early arrival will be able to move in beginning on Sunday, August 16.

Freshmen are not eligible for Early Arrival unless they will be attending orientation the week of August 17.

Students who are approved for early arrival will be assessed a fee of $60/night, but have the option of having this fee waived if they will be volunteering for MoveCrew. The early arrival fee is waived for students moving in for orientation the week of August 17.
