Independent Living but Still on Campus

Townhouses A, B, and C are available to upperclass residents. This is the campus housing area most like an independent living situation. They are located one-eighth of a mile from the Fairfax Campus on Chainbridge Road (Route 123).

All rooms contain one of each of the following per-resident.

Carpets and window treatments are provided. 
  • Townhouse buildings A, B, and C are each comprised of twelve units, each accommodating four students. Each unit contains two double bedrooms accommodating two students.
  • The townhouses include a living/dining room, full-size kitchen, two full bathrooms, small patio/porch, washer and dryer, and full furnishings.
  • Cable and wireless internet are provided as part of the room rent.
