Independent Living but Still on Campus
Townhouses A, B, and C are available to upperclass residents. This is the campus housing area most like an independent living situation. They are located one-eighth of a mile from the Fairfax Campus on Chainbridge Road (Route 123).
If traditional college living in a residence hall room isn't for you, these townhouses might be a good fit.
All rooms contain one of each of the following per-resident.

- Townhouse buildings A, B, and C are each comprised of twelve units, each accommodating two-four students.
- The townhouses include a living/dining room, full-size kitchen, two full bathrooms, small patio/porch, washer and dryer, and full furnishings.
- Cable and wireless internet are provided as part of the room rent.
