Your Home in Potomac Heights
Most of the students who live here are upper-classmen. The apartments are between Liberty Square and the Aquatic Center. Potomac Heights is also one of our Residence Halls where we house Mason Life residents.
All rooms contain one of each of the following per-resident.

- Potomac Heights houses more than 500 students in 128 fully furnished apartments.
- Two, three, five, or six students get single, double, or triple bedrooms.
- There is a general ratio of one bathroom for every two students; six-person units have an extra half bath.
- Each apartment has a kitchen and living/dining area.
- Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
- Each residential area has free Wi-Fi and cable.
