Rogers is an upper-level residence hall located close to the Field House, the RAC, SUB 1, and Peterson Hall.
Rogers Hall is a modern apartment-style building.
All bedrooms contain one of each of the following per-resident.

- Rogers opened in Spring 2012 and is home to approximately 300 residents.
- Up to five students live together in fully furnished apartment-style units with shared bathrooms, full kitchens, and living and dining areas.
- The lower level has a convenience store, laundry, and vending facilities. The second through fifth floors are residential.
- Rogers Hall is non-smoking.
- Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided.
