Students can access the housing application in the Housing Portal Students who apply for and receive Winter Break Housing will be assessed a fee The application will close on December 1, 2024 |

Students can apply for Spring 2025 only housing applications |

Thanksgiving Recess |
All residence halls remain open. No application to stay is necessary |

Freshman & Upper-level Returner Students for Academic Year 25-26 |
Academic Year 2025 -2026 Housing Applications will open for Freshmen and upper-level and returning students |

December 18 |
Residence Halls Close for Winter Break |
Students not approved for Winter Break Housing or Extended Stay need to leave for winter break by 5:00pm |

December 23 |
Extended Stay Check-Out |
Students who were approved for an extended stay need to check out by 9:00 am on December 23 |

January 12 |
Spring 2025 Early Arrival |
The Spring 2025 housing application opens on November 1 in the Housing Portal. Only approved students can participate in early arrival |

January 17 |
Residence Halls Open for Spring 2025 |
New and returning students not approved for early arrival may move in for the Spring semester |

March 4-10 |
Spring Recess |
Residence halls remain open. No application to stay is necessary |
|
May 14 |
Residence Halls Close |
Students who are not graduating or residing on campus for the summer will need to check out by 5:00 pm on May 14th |
