Traditional/corridor style accommodations have bedrooms that are clustered around a community bathroom shared by the floors. Suite style accommodations are bedrooms with a semi private bath, shared by 4-6 individuals. Apartment style accommodations have a semi private bath, shared by 4- 6 individuals as well as a full kitchen.

Will your group require linen packets for overnight guests?

Linen packets, available for a fee, include a pillow, pillow case, sheet set, blanket, towel, and washcloth.

Will your group require internet access for overnight guests?

Check-in Type:

Individual: Participants will check in at a designated service desk without coordination with your organization/department. This option is best for groups where participants are arriving at different times and days. Group: We will work with your organization/department to organize a large-scale check in of all of your participants at one time. The option is best for groups where all of your participants are expected to arrive at one time.
