Thanksgiving Break Info!

Students who wish to stay in the residence halls for Thanksgiving Break, November 27th - December 1st, do not need to fill out a form. The residence halls will remain open throughout the break Access will not be removed from your cards to enter your assigned building.

Helpful Tips About Mason Dining

 

  1. INTO Independence, Independence Ultimate, and Independent Extended meal plan users can dine at The Globe dining hall and use Dining Dollars at all retail dining locations.
  2. For all other meal plans
    • Meal swipe access stops on Tuesday, November 26th, at the end of the business day—access resumes on Sunday, December 1st.
    • Dining Dollars attached to your meal plan are accessible at the Globe dining hall and retail locations.
    • To add Dining Dollars or upgrade your meal plan, visit the Online Mason Card Office. 
  3. Get text alerts from Mason Dining! Just message ‘DiningLive’ to 82257 to subscribe. Stay in the loop on upcoming events, closures, and samples.
The Globe
Winter Break Starts December 18th. Students not approved for Winter Break Housing or Extended Stay need to leave for winter break by 5:00 pm. Students who were approved for an extended stay need to check out by December 23, at 9:00 am. The Winter Break Housing application, which includes Fall Extended stay and Spring Early Arrival will be available on Thursday, October 31.
