At Housing and Residence Life, we can assist with maintenance issues in your room, suite or residence hall shared spaces. The facilities team will support and deliver safe, secure, and well-maintained residential environments. Sometimes things break, and we're counting on you to report maintenance issues so they're fixed quickly.

Submit Your Maintenance Request
Any problems you find in your room or your hall regarding appliances, bathrooms, leaks, lighting and power, temperature, door and locks, pests, windows, furniture, mailboxes, elevators, and general damage, please submit your maintenance request.
Check Your Request Status
Requests are reviewed and sent to appropriate staff for follow-up, most handled within 24 to 48 hours. Some requests may require that new parts be ordered or a contractor brought in, so might take longer. If you want to check on the status of a repair, contact your nearest housing desk.
