About Piedmont Hall
Piedmont is a suite-style residence hall housing 200 students connected to Tidewater Hall. Most rooms are double occupancy, with a few triple and single occupancy rooms. Suite style means one to three bedrooms share a bathroom within the style. Each floor has a central lounge space for students to socialize. The building also has a shared laundry facility and community kitchen. The 24-hour service desk and Dunkin' Donuts are located on the first floor. Piedmont is the home of the Creativity, Design, & Expression, and LGBTQ+ Residential Learning Communities. Piedmont Hall is also used for upper-level residential students, depending on occupancy during that time.
