Your Home in Hampton Roads
Hampton Roads is an upper-class student community. The building has lounges and study areas on every floor. Hampton Roads is also home to the upper-level Sustainable Futures and Well-Being Learning Communities.
Hampton Roads is home to almost 500 upper-level residential students and includes access to kitchens, living spaces, and study rooms.
All rooms contain one of each of the following per-resident.

- Approximately 400 residents live in suite-style single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Up to six residents share a bathroom.
- Laundry rooms and vending machines are on the first floor.
- Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided.
